Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cleveland area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
