Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
