Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Cleveland with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
