Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Sparrow Facilities is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 994 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
