Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Cincinnati with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
