Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Vista Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Charlotte, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 427 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
