Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lantern Insurance Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
