Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Glen Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
