Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Summit Meridian Hospitality and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 305 people based in Boise. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
