Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Vista Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 841 people based in Boise. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
