Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Mill Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Boise. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
