Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Meadow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Baltimore supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
