Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom Partners builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Austin area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Austin. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
