Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Austin with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
