Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Austin, TX)

Greenridge Pike Early Learning is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
