Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Granite Staffing Group places workers with employers around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 609 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
