Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Quarry Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Austin area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
