Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Austin, TX)

Redstone Yarrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Austin. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
