Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Austin, TX)

Greenridge Nest Housing manages affordable housing communities across Austin. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
