Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Austin, TX)

Summit Ashton Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Austin, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
