Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Granite Property Management Group is a Atlanta property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
