Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Ashton Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Atlanta. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
