Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Summit Early Learning and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 961 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
