Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Linden Health Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
