Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Tucson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 615 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
