Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Ivory Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
