Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Timber Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
