Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
