Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Toledo, OH)

Stonegate Amber Staffing places workers with employers around Toledo, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
