Highbridge Umber Health is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience.
