Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Summit Early Learning and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
