Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Beacon Community Partners is a nonprofit in Seattle supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
