Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Cedar Legal Group Partners provides legal services in Seattle across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
