Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Seattle caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
