Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Thistle Learning Group Partners and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
