Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Seattle with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
