Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Bright Housing and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 563 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
