Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Glen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
