Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak River Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
