Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Granite Early Learning runs childcare centres in San Antonio caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
