Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Corner Insurance is an insurance company in San Antonio with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
