Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Drift Health and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 493 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
