Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath Ridge Staffing places workers with employers around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
