Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Yarrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Rochester area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
