Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Rochester, NY)

Ironwood Pike Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Rochester, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
