Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Forge Hospitality and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
