Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Fox Property Management is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 498 people based in Reno. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
