Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Reno, NV)

Amberfield Sparrow Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Reno with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
