Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lantern Early Learning and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
