Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Mill Health Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
